I really, really wanted to like this product, but it just wasn't happening!
I'd done my research as best I could and thought it'd be a great match for my needs, as I'm fond of a fresh faced look.
The fluid contains lots of ingredients that I like and is EcoCert certified, so far so good!
Onto swatches - Moon Flower Rose Beige is for pale cool toned skins.
The consistency was very runny and thin.
On my face it was quite hard to layer without it streaking, so I'd say it really is more of a fine veil of colour to even the skintone out.
One big issue was the colour, which was just too dark for me. Maybe I could have got away with it if I was using it as a primer of sorts and then added concealer and powder where needed, but as the fluid was shimmery, there was no way around it, the look just didn't suit.
In itself I think it is a very nice product but if you're expecting anything resembling a foundation or even a BB cream then you'll be dissapointed. If you have a decent complexion and just want something to even your skintone and liven you up then this is a good natural alternative to the masses of drugstore primers/luminizers/bb creams.
I will say I was surprised by how much I didn't like the smell of the fluid! It smells like freshly cut evergreen trees, which is a smell I do like but on my face - not so much. So if you can I'd maybe try and get a sample sachet of this before you buy a bottle blindly like I did! You can get samples of this from most organic beauty etailers :)
