Yesterday I had a browse around the Manchester shops with Roxy, though I had one main objective: get a new bath bomb!
A few other nice things may have snuck their way into my hands...
I'd really enjoyed how invigorating the dragon's egg ballistic was, so I wanted to try a bomb that was kind of similar. I went for the Fizzbanger, which has a toffee apple scent, so it is still fresh and fruity but with a sweeter side.
I used about a third of it in my bath today and the popping candy in it is even more noticeable than it was in the dragon's egg, it kept fizzing and popping for a long time! The water turned a really lovely green colour, so tops marks for colour. Scent wise, I do like it, I think it's quite neutral in that after your bath you can choose whether you want to smell fruity or sweet with your body lotions and perfumes etc, so it's not going to jar to much against anything you'd use afterwards. Yet the smell isn't WOW to me. My skin isn't as soft as when I used the dragon's egg, plus I do miss the glitter element :p
I quite fancied the smell of the Neon Love Soap, so when I saw little chunks of it at the till for £1.95, I figured I'd go for it! :)
With a fresh fig, yoghurt and passion fruit scent, it smells like Maoams to me.
My next gem would probably be considered a bit of a fad, but now that I've tried it for myself, I'm very impressed!
Popcorn Lip Scrub smells like salted butter caramel!
Buff a little on to your lips and then lick it off - awesome!
As you can see from the ingredients, it's just got the same consistency as loose sugar.
Finally, a sample of the Charity Pot Hand & Body Lotion.
It was £1 and the money goes towards the charities that Lush supports.
It smells like cocoa butter but more chocolatey :)
Well i'm loving my new pokemans!
- Kerry :)
