My skin is very reactive, so i was very pleased that this worked so well for me considering that it was a scented lotion. The scent is noteworthy! The lemon isn't too sweet, which although i do like sweetness, i think so many fruity toiletries end up smelling too artificial, like you're getting a sherbet lemon instead of a zesty lemon! It actually feels quite grown up with the sage pairing. It's uplifting but not too overpowering. I like layering it with lots of different perfumes, be they fruity or floral, so it's a great base. My favourite pairing is with Marc Jacobs Splash Ginger for a nice pick me up :)
It feels silky and aqueous to rub in and skin stays noticeably moisturised throughout the day in a pleasant way.
For those of you like me who need a moisture fix yet find some lotions or butters for dry/sensitive skin too rich, i suggest you give this a go! I had first sampled it when i got a 30ml bottle free with a magazine earlier this year. I know Bliss often do mini sets too. This is the 414ml super-sized version of the body butter, but there is also a standard size and a 'lite' version.
I'll definately be keeping my eyes peeled for more of this product at a good price as the RRP for this is over £30!
