This will be my last Birchbox as I've cancelled my subscription.
After the dissapointment of last months box, I had emailed Birchbox customer service at ask about ordering another box or the possibility of giving those who didn't get a beauty blender a discount code to buy one online. I was given an automated reply about how each box will be different etc... :/
The email said I should ask if I had any other questions, so I did: I explained that I needed a human response to my query. I never did get one.
I haven't cancelled my subscription out of spite, I genuinely was all sampled out!
Though of course if they were geared better towards what I actually need then I wouldn't be stopping the boxes.
For the £12.95 monthly cost, I'd much rather put that money towards something bigger that I want, rather than end up with half a box of items I won't use.
