Waah! Look what Roxy got me for my birthday!
She had bought it a few months back when she was at Japan Expo in Paris.
The box alone is so pretty!
Roxy was a little worried that it wouldn't suit me as I'd recently gone on a silicone ingredients elimination purge, though as an occasional application I'm fine with it.

The velvet puff is too cute <3
The shimmer may look a frosty white but when applied on my pale skin it gives a subtle light.
I'd say it's more along the lines of a classic beauty powder rather than a highlighter.
